Broutek - They develop specific libraries of Revit MEP content

Digital Building Solutions - BIMHereWeGo is a "web service that lets you share Revit family files."

Of course one of the best sources is RevitCity. You can search for specifics or based on the CSI MasterFormat 2004 classifications.
